Leasing Requirements

Cosmetology or Barber License must be presented to Salons Etc. Management

Only the licensed stylist or barber may perform hair salon services in the leased space

Codes and keys must not be shared

Suite must be clean and left in the condition you found it

An upfront Deposit must be paid (starting at $25) to cover any damage or failure to clean
