How do I rent space at Salons Etc.?
If you are considering Salons Etc. as the location for your business, kindly complete the Potential Applicant Questionnaire form here. What is the lease structure and commitment? Do I have to sign a long-term lease?
Salons Etc. offers flexible and competitive lease alternatives, including half-day, daily, weekly, extended, and annual lease options. Lease terms and conditions, including any security deposit, are acknowleded and agreed upon. A long-term lease is only one of many options.
What are your lease rates at Salons Etc.?
Salons Etc. offers competitive lease rates based on space availability, lease term and size of the space being rented.

What additional fees do I have to pay?
At Salons Etc. you pay no additional fees besides your suite rental payment and security deposit. Your suite rental payment includes all utilities.
How does Salons Etc. support my business?
Salons Etc. offers a customizable online salon professionals profile landing page to help new clients find you! We highlight our salon professionals with a featured salon professional each month. Salons Etc. boasts a spectacular selfie wall and encourages customers to tag and promote our salon professionals on social media for a chance at prizes and discounts. This continuous campaign benefits the customer and salon professional alike.
Can I work any hours I want to or do I have to follow a certain schedule?
Salons Etc. grants you 24/7 access to your salon suite. The main doors to Salons Etc. are only open during regular business hours, however, our salon professionals can access the facility any time day or night. This flexibility allows you to schedule appointments at the dates and times that work best for you and your clients.
Can I share my suite?

Can I customize my suite?
Yes, for a lease that is six (6) months or longer, Salons Etc. encourages you to make the space your own, after all, it’s your business. You can paint, decorate, and install your own equipment to reflect your brand and personality, within reason.
What salon professionals can rent here?
Our Salons Etc. community includes hair stylists, barbers, makeup artists, and other beauty and wellness professionals.
Do I need a license and insurance?
Yes. You must have a valid, active state-issued cosmetology, barber, or aesthetician license and liability insurance to perform hair and beauty services at Salons Etc.
Am I responsible for cleaning my suite?
Yes, you are responsible for maintaining safety and cleanliness in your private suite, and Salons Etc. Management will handle the maintenance and cleaning of all common areas, including the foyer, hallways, restrooms, and laundry facilities.
Are products or supplies provided?
Salons Etc. provides furniture and equipment. You are responsible for your tools, products, and supplies.
What Salons Etc. amenities will help me save money?
